Clewi joins E3Sports as a Performance Consultant after recently relocating from Vernon, Connecticut. He graduated from the Univeristy of Connecticut (UCONN) and was a member of the varsity football team under Head Coach Randy Edsall.  He was a part of the program as they were transitioning from Division I-AA to I-A, helping to build the program to the national recognition is has now.

Upon graduating from UCONN, Clewi remained involved with sports, coaching 2 years at Rockville High School under the legendary Coach Tom Dunn who coached NFL Pro-Bowler, Bill Romonowski. He then went on to coach two more seasons at the collegiate level at the academically recognized Liberal Arts School, Wesleyan University. Clewi had the pleasure of being a part of Coach Frank Hauser’s staff, who coached current New York Jets Head Coach, Eric Mangini. Wesleyan is also synonymous with the famous 3-time Super bowl champion head coach of the New England Patriots, Bill Bellichick.

Clewi also played 3 seasons of semi-pro/amateur football from 2005-2007 for the Western Mass Blitzin’ Bears as a defensive tackle and was recognized as a League All-Star for his efforts.  During the summer of 2008, he was invited to coach at the prestigious Harvard University and Columbia University Football camps.  When he is not working with E3Sports, he is a volunteer assistant coach for the Fordham University football program located in The Bronx.  In addition, Clewi is a nationally recognized certified counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and a member of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), and the American Counselors Association (ACA).  He is also an active member of the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA).  Clewi has a background in strength and conditioning training, with a strong emphasis on power generation, muscular development, and speed and agility.
