The quality of the work performed is essential in our cutting edge workouts. All planes of movement mixed with full body exercises make for a challenging but practical session for our clients. Depending on your level of conditioning you will be efficiently coached through a series of circuits that incorporate power, speed, work capacity and strength components.
Plyometrics
Explosive actions that develop muscular power and the ability to generate quickness. Power production is extremely important in sport and life. Many injuries occur as we age simply because power output decreases over time unless trained.
Movement Patterns
Fundamental activities that simulate sport skills by enhancing core performance. Speed and agility can be improved by learning specific techniques that will shape an athlete’s economy of movement. Assessing the body’s dysfunctions or imbalances and then fixing them will unlock functional pathways while leading to efficient movement.
Strength
Circuit training designed to improve joint stability, bone density, lean muscle and total body power output. By incorporating full body movements and increasing proprioceptive demand there is a higher recruitment of muscle fiber throughout the muscloskeltal system. In a short time period you will perform a high amount of work and build muscle effectively.
Energy System Development
Process of raising anaerobic threshold levels required for outstanding athletic performance. Work capacity mixed with strength training will lead to unmatchable gains for the athlete. Intervals of intense activity with short time periods of recovery are the most challenging yet most important component in the E3Sports program design.
