Warm-Up

The warm-up is a vital part of our injury prevention and performance training program at E3Sports. Stability and mobility issues are addressed with a joint by joint approach during each session. From the ankle to the knee, hip, lumbar spine, thoracic spine, scapulae, and shoulder joint, E3Sports will make sure your body is fine-tuned properly before competition or a workout.

Prehabilitation

Exercises designed to strengthen and restore energy flow to commonly injured areas of the body. Joint integrity is strengthened leading to increases in acceleration and total body strength. Prehab is a simple way to safely approach injury prevention and protect the body from non-contact injuries.

Movement Preparation

Dynamic progressions that raise core temperature, put muscles through a full range of motion and stimulate the central nervous system. Unlike static stretching or holding a stretch for 20-30 seconds which can actually sedate the central nervous system and lead to injury, these active exercises will better prepare you to start a vigorous workout or competition injury free.
