Our Murray Hill location is a 38,000 sq. ft luxury gym and spa that features separate movement, spin, and mind/body studios. The facility also contains onsite childcare, a cafe, juice bar, outdoor sun-patio and luxurious full service locker rooms. Add to that, our affiliation with E3Sports elite team of New York's finest performance trainers and what more could you want.

Monday-Thursday: 5:00AM-11:00PM
Friday: 5:00AM-10:00PM
Saturday & Sunday 8:00AM-9:00PM
