KIDS
E3Sports has created a movement skills fitness program especially for
kids. This program will improve performance in their sport of choice
by providing techniques to develop their first-step quickness, total
body power/strength, and coordination. The class incorporates the use
of medicine balls, resistance bands, ropes, dowels, and agility ladders
to creatively challenge your child and achieve optimum results.
Proper instruction will ensure that your child’s movement patterns and
body awareness are correct, thus reducing their potential for future
injury while enhancing athletic prowess. Our coaches will use only
positive reinforcement to motivate your child and to make sure they
feel good about their accomplishments.
