Before even picking up a weight, you will be put through a series of movement pattern screens to discover any imbalances or dysfunction in the body. Once the results are recorded, your E3Sports Performance Specialist will design a program to focus on building a strong foundation for strength and athletic development. Your body’s metabolic engine will be jump-started by mastering your own body weight and gradually progressing through mobility and stability exercises.
