One on One
Because each client’s needs are different, E3Sports customizes our
one-on-one training programs to suit the individual. Before even
picking up a weight, you will be put through a series of movement
pattern screens to discover any imbalances or dysfunction in the body.
Once the results are recorded, your E3Sports Performance Specialist
will design a program to focus on building a strong foundation for
athletic development. Your body’s metabolic engine will be
jump-started by mastering your own body weight and through mobility and
stability exercises. With E3Sports, variety and progression will be
instrumental in unlocking your potential and making the most of your
workouts.
